Lightbulb R/E build- wanna know if it works

hope this works... dont flame me!

R/E
Mark of Rodgort - target foe and all adjacent foes are hexed with Mark of
Rodgort. Whenever they are struck by fire, they are set
on fire for 1...3 seconds.
Barrage(E)
Conjure Flame - deals an additional 1...13 fire damage if you're wielding a fire
weapon

So basically, you cast mark of rodgort, then cast conj. flame, then spam barrage. You deal about 30-40 damage each Barrage, and everyone is set on fire.

I hope im not wrong.... this build depends on the Mark of Rodgort. I knew it hexed adjacent foes when I read the recent description.

Acctully I would say this build depends on you weilding a fire weapon.

Read you skills descriptions again and you will see that you either need a Firey Bow String or the spirit conflaguration.

You also need some mad fat mobs that do not remove hexes.

The last update makes MoR alot better by dropping it to 15e, but I say go out and try it.

Yes in deed it does, I use it actually, and sometime throw in meteor shower for AB because they like to sit on that shrine of theirs.

Constant burning + barrage damage is pretty sweet. I use about 10 in fire magic which adds ?14? (I think it was buffed beyond 1..13) damage per hit and 27 seconds or so of MoR.

forgot that part... just slap in a incendiary arrows instead of conjure flame.

You could use conjure flame, but (youre right) i need a fire wep. I like incendiary
arrows becuz of the extra damage and the energy saving (expertise).

Barrage.
REMOVE ALL PREPARATIONS. No incendiary arrows for you.

a) Incendiary is an elite anyway and also doesn't last more than 8 seconds.
b)erm, you'd NEVER have the nrg to hex every single enemy in a mob with mark of rods. at most, you'd be setting fire to 3 of them.
Edit:woops, just re-read the description. Yeah, I guess you're right. nvm what I said.

You'll need a fire string for your bow. But you knew that

It's a great build for clumped up groups. However, in PvP many players split up, making it harder to to take advantage of the adjacent foes bonus. The energy and recharge time can really keep you down for a while after your first strike against the enemy. Spirits like energizing winds, and the attribute expertise(for your skills other than spells) can really take the burden of low energy off you.

Keep working and you may have a winning build.
